I love homemade smoothies. Love them. I don't make them very often, but when I do....mmmmm. I usually don't use recipes, I just throw together whatever fruit we have sitting around in the kitchen. For this one, I used some blueberry yogurt, a chopped and skinned apple and a banana. It was delish. And I had forgotten just how filling smoothies can be. I could only drink half of this before setting it in the fridge for another time. I think the color is kind of pretty, too. It's like this bluish purple pastel color.
